I began my mortgage lending career in 1995 with the desire to give customers the information they need to make informed mortgage decisions. My role is to offer loan program choices, with their corresponding explanations, and assist if necessary, in advising the most appropriate financing for each customer’s unique situation. I also find fulfillment in coaching mortgage preparation techniques for down payment development and credit maintenance. My specialties are government products like USDA, FHA, renovation/improvement loans such as the “203K”, VA, and the Oregon VA product. I also have product options for DACA borrowers, manufactured homes in parks, and 2-4 unit investment properties. Together, we will find the best mortgage product for you!
Personal Profile
I grew up on a multi-generation row crop farm in Stayton. Gardening remains a favorite pastime. In fact, I enjoy doing anything outside. I run for exercise. I hike, camp, snow ski, and am learning to wakeboard. A Belgian Shephard joins me for outdoor activities, while a Lhasa Poo waits at home to snuggle. I have two sons, a daughter-in-law, and 3 grandchildren whom I am lucky enough to be integrally involved. I love, love sports – especially football. My volunteering includes Stayton/Sublimity Chamber board member; Santiam Teen Center; school fundraisers; and my church.
